Responsible for all O&M, including:
- Carriageway and asset inspection
- Emergency response
- Winter gritting
- Sweeping, litter picking (M1 only) and debris collection
- Street lighting inspection and maintenance
- Landscape maintenance, grass cutting and weed spraying
- Gully emptying
- Asset repairs due to user damage
